Job Title: Village Hall Booking & Marketing Manager (Contracted)
Reporting to: Beckley Village Hall Board of Trustees
Hours: Maximum 5 hours per week (Flexible)
Status: Independent Contractor / Freelance
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour

Beckley Village Hall requires the services of a Booking and Marketing manager
Core Responsibilities
Booking Administration: Manage the hall’s booking calendar, issue hire agreements, and process invoices or deposits.
Inquiry Management: Act as the main point of contact, responding to email and phone inquiries from prospective hirers.
Digital Promotion: Update the hall’s website and post weekly updates on local social media channels to boost venue hire.
Advertising: Design simple flyers and digital posters using templates to advertise hall availability and community events.
Trust Reporting: Provide a quarterly update to the Trustees on booking revenues, calendar occupancy, and inquiries.

Key Requirements
Proven freelance experience in administrative support, booking management, and local marketing.
Basic understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and working with simple booking software.
High self-motivation and the ability to work independently within a tight 5-hour weekly limit.
Strong digital literacy, including experience with social media platforms and email management.
Access to your own computer, internet connection, and remote working setup.
